1.1 LCL Equipment Packages
We employ a Triple-Protection Customized Export Packaging System: an inner layer of anti-moisture and anti-rust materials, a middle layer of custom-molded foam cradles to suspend and isolate core components from shock, and an outer layer of reinforced steel frame, ISPM-15 compliant fumigated wooden crates.
1.2 Containers Loading
All heavy equipment is fixed securely with steel wire ropes to both the top and bottom container anchors. We also use protective foam padding to prevent collision during transit.
This ensures your equipment arrives in perfect condition, even after a long ocean voyage.
2. End-to-End Logistics
We offer multiple shipping terms to meet your needs: FOB, CIF, and DDP. From factory loading to destination port clearance, inland transportation, and final safe unloading at your site, every step is managed by a dedicated Project Manager.
This single point of contact ensures smooth coordination and real-time tracking without the hassle of dealing with multiple agents or freight forwarders.
3. Insurance & Risk Commitment
Every shipment is covered by a comprehensive All-Risk Transit Insurance policy, ensuring your exposure is minimized to zero.
Furthermore, we contractually commit that any damage caused by packaging or logistics errors will be fully covered by us, triggering an immediate priority spare parts response.
4. Visibility & Transparency
Track your equipment’s location in real time through our exclusive logistics portal, just like tracking a parcel.
